Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, celebrating their new restaurant/catering opening at 2819 S. Cabela’s Parkway in Gonzales.

Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen is a Cajun restaurant offering freshly prepared, authentic Cajun cuisine with dine-in, carry-out and catering services.  Our Gonzales location also offers a convenient drive-thru. The restaurant hours are Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
