The Ascension Chamber is growing!
We are seeking a Member Experience Coordinator, a part time team player, to help us serve our nearly 500 members.
Position profile:
- Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent social skills.
- Supportive team member.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other computer based applications.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and execution of events such as monthly membership luncheons, Chamber 101, Smart Start breakfasts, and After Hours socials.
- Assist, as necessary, in the execution of other events.
- Create messaging and utilize multiple communications channels to keep membership informed of events and other activities.
- Support the efforts of the Ambassadors.
- Seek member feedback through various contact points to improve member experiences.
- Assist other team members, Directors of the Board, and Committee members, as required, to support the work of the Chamber.
- Assist in insuring accuracy of all member contact points.
