LUNCHEON RESERVED SEATING
We will have a reserved section for our sponsors and vendors in the luncheon space so that you do not have to leave your booth prematurely to claim a seat at the luncheon. More details to come.
STAFFING YOUR BOOTH
Keep in mind that the Expo Vendor Showcase will go on at the same time as all of extra event programming except for the Keynote Luncheon. If you plan to attend any of the sessions, make sure that you have someone to staff your booth OR that you are okay with it being unattended for that period of time.
We are predicting your heaviest booth traffic immediately before following the luncheon and during the happy hour. At the conclusion of the luncheon, we will release our expo vendors so that you can get stationed before the remainder of the group is dismissed.
