The Ascension Chamber is growing!

We are seeking a Member Experience Coordinator, a part time team player, to help us serve our nearly 500 members.

Position profile:

  • Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent social skills.
  • Supportive team member.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other computer based applications.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and execution of events such as monthly membership luncheons, Chamber 101, Smart Start breakfasts, and After Hours socials.
  • Assist, as necessary, in the execution of other events.
  • Create messaging and utilize multiple communications channels to keep membership informed of events and other activities.
  • Support the efforts of the Ambassadors.
  • Seek member feedback through various contact points to improve member experiences.
  • Assist other team members, Directors of the Board, and Committee members, as required, to support the work of the Chamber.
  • Assist in insuring accuracy of all member contact points.
